Welcome to American Literature & Composition!
Instructor: Mrs. Alice Russell
This class will focus on works written by American authors. Students
will read both short stories and novels, fiction and non-fiction.
The class will also focus on composition structure. Students
will examine and use the writing process to write a variety of long essays and research papers.
Daily Oral Language exercises will help students gain a greater understanding
of spelling rules, sentence structure, and punctuation as they apply to writing.
